- 60ml Craigellachie 13
- 10ml pineapple syrup
- 2 dashes of Boker’s bitters
- Add ingredients to a rocks glass
- Add ice, in cubes or a block, and stir to dilute (around 30 seconds)
- Garnish with a dried pineapple slice and a lemon twist (twist can be discarded)
