Testing Note:
This cognac contains Eaux-de-vie primarily selected from the Borderies cru, which at 12 years old develop their best floral and spicy notes. These tastes are further enhanced by the combination of Fins Bois grapes to develop the vibrancy of Blend and Grande Champagnes Eaux-de-vie that give underlying elegance and dept.
On the nose, notes of violets, orange blossoms quickly meld into a spicy tasting of clove, ginger, and star anise. Delicate vanilla completes the aromatic harmony.
On the palate, a luxury of almonds, raisins, and orange marmalade are nurtured from the Grande Champagne Eaux-de-vie.
