Our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from pure limestone-filtered water, sweet corn, rye, malted barley, and aged in new charred oak barrels in the rolling hills of Kentucky. We select the best barrels once they reach the peak of maturity and hand bottle in small batches at 93 proof.
We do not filter our bourbon which allows all the depth, complexity, and character of the barrel to pass through to your glass. We believe that you will taste the difference of this uniquely smooth and balanced bourbon whiskey.
