Prepared from leaves and flowers of myrtle freshly harvested hand inside of Sardinia known as Sette Fratelli, around the property (sheets must come from near the property that must be infused immediately after harvesting. ) the leaves are infused into pure grain alcohol for at least two months for a slow and complete extraction of aromatics. The only additions are sugar, honey (up to 5% of the sweetener, more would give too flavored honey) and water (to reach the correct test for drinking).
