Bati Dark Rum

Bati were the fearsome Fijian warriors and protectors of their homeland. The Fijian Culture was forged in war and the Bati were strong, proud and revered the world over. The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugar cane growing in rich volcanic soil at the base of The Sleeping Giant Mountain.

The hand-cut sugar cane is distilled into rum rum and filtered through coconut shells carbon to capture the taste of Fifi. After being matured in oak vats or barrels for 2 years, the result is a range of deliciously smooth, distinctively well rounded rums from Paradise on Earth.
