Distilled from partially fermented wine made of 100% Quebranta grapes from the Southern Valley of Ica, Peru.
Aroma: soft herbal notes to fresh-cut grass and grape skins, combined with hints of citrus fruit and pear notes, mixed with sweet pastry aroma and strong presence of cacao and chocolate.
Taste: fresh green grapes, delicate pastry notes, bitter chocolate, cacao and nutty notes of almonds, walnuts and pecans.
Finish: very light and soft texture combined with a very aromatic, elegant and lingering finish.
