A new interpretation of over a century of locally honed traditions from our distillery in Åhus built in 1906. The history of aquavit dates back to the 15th century and is rich in legends and myths. In Åhus, we've been inspired by these traditions to macerate and distill herbs and spices for over a century.

Spicy caraway and herbaceous rosemary dominate the nose followed on the palate by bright citrus and sweet, subtle fennel. Silky mouthfeel with a medium long finish that’s fresh and invigorating.

One star is too much!

Since you asked: on Nov 16, 2023, as a Xmas surprise I ordered a bottle of Aquavit for a friend, understanding I'd be informed when it was shipped. I was informed the morning of Feb 23, 2024 last week, my order would arrive that afternoon, and it did, a little late for Christmas. I've contacted American Express to remove the charge and UPS to return to sender. Respectfully, a very disappointed, CARMEN DELL'OREFICE
