1808 Empire Rye Straight Rye Whiskey is a premium American whiskey made from a mash bill of New York State rye, barley malt, and corn. The name "Empire Rye" refers to a category of rye whiskey that must be made in New York State with at least 75% New York-grown rye, and aged for a minimum of two years in charred, new oak barrels. This 375mL bottle is bottled at 44% ALC/VOL (88 Proof) and is a fine example of the style.
