STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT

I ordered 3 bottles of St. George pear brandy January 3rd. I was sent 3 bottles of spiced pear liqueur. After multiple phone calls and emails I finally was able to contact someone and was sent a return label. I mailed the wrong product back January 14th. January 19th I called and was told the correct product was going to be sent either January 20th or 24th at the latest. It is now February 6th and I still have not received notification that the correct product has been shipped to me. I have called and left messages with the company but have not heard back. If it is not in stock, I wish they would just tell me and refund my $172.84. Instead, I have received radio silence.
