Questioning my purchase and the validity of the company..

First off, took over 3 months to get my order, then it was not even the entire order even though they said it was entirely fulfilled. No responses to emails or phone calls regarding my issue. Poor customer service. Thinking about talking to some consumer protection service. If I ever get my order or a refund, I doubt I will order from them again.
